This unique blend of Pilates and Movement offers exercises and sequences for all levels.

My aim is to help you improve your movement potential, feel more resilient and reach your personal goals.

STRETCH THERAPY ™

‘Experience grace and ease in your body and mind’

Stretch Therapy is a safe, yet extremely efficient, way to improve your flexibility. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Stretch Therapy is a comprehensive system that includes:

  • Stretching – to improve the range of movement.
  • Fascial remodelling – allowing posture and alignment to be more efficient.
  • Strengthening – most of the techniques use body-weight only and all involve engaging the ‘core’.
  • Relaxation – for both body and mind.

Slings Myofascial Training is a holistic movement concept that can be incorporated into all body-minded practices and it fits perfectly with Pilates.

The Slings Myofascial Training focuses on the health promoting qualities of the myofascial system that positively influence our postural balance and movement efficiency – in daily life, recreational activities and at work.

‘Coming home to your body’’

Movingness is a somatic practice that encourages the exploration of your own body, your form, movement patterns and inclinations. In essence, it allows you to move from within, exploring and sensing how the body wants to move. The gentle practice allows the body’s inner-knowing and curiosity to unfold, helping you find your own way in and out of the suggested movement sequence.

In describing the effect of Movingness, Peter Appel (course creator) says “it can take you deeply into a state of well-being where mind and body feel like one”.
