Group Classes
Group Classes
- Group classes cater for a maximum of 12 people and classes are run as a course (usually 6 consecutive weeks).
- Once you have learned the basic principles of Pilates in a beginners’ class you may join a more advanced class.
- Group classes are graded from level 1 (Beginner), level 2 (Improver), level 3 (Intermediate) to level 4 (Advanced).
- A range of small equipment is often provided for use during the classes.
Taster Classes
- Whether you are completely new to Pilates or have several years experience, I recommend that you attend a taster class (either a one-to-one or group class).
- Taster classes are extremely valuable as they allow you to discuss any particular issues or concerns with me;
- We can then decide which type of class would be best for you.
