In a world where there is so much pressure on everyone to achieve more and do everything at an ever-increasing pace, it is a joy to focus on a more mindful approach to exercise.
In 2008 I joined a Pilates class on the recommendation of a friend. I was so taken with Pilates that I made a life-changing decision to train as an instructor with Body Control Pilates®, a recognised world-leading education provider for Pilates teaching. I qualified in 2009 and began my new career and lifestyle.
I feel incredibly lucky to have a profession that gives me so much satisfaction and offers so much potential to continue learning and developing an understanding of the human body and movement.
