For Beginners (Level 1), or clients returning to classes.

For Improvers (Level 1+) to Advanced (Level 3).A unique blend of Pilates and other complementary movement practices, including Slings Myofascial Training®, Stretch Therapy™and Movingness.
Pilates & Stretch
For all levels.
A blend of Pilates and Stretch Therapy™ with the focus on stretching to release tension and find movement ease.
Private Classes
Designed according to the client’s needs and aims, drawing on the range of movement practices as listed above and the option for training on the Pilates studio equipment - including the Reformer, Exochair and Pilates Arc as well as other smaller equipment.
Pilates and Movement Workshops
Half or full day, in person or on Zoom.
